We currently have varios programmes in place that aim to fully guarantee the control and maximum safety of the products we process: SSOP’s (Standardized Sanitation Operational Procedures), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) plan.
We have a quality control department to guarantee the safety and traceability of manufactured, stored, transported and marketed foods.
We are in the process of incorporating new certifications to improve and consolidate our procedures and management.
